Tier by tierThe spec sheet

What you get, tier by tier.

Every tier carries the same floor: the safety rules, your calendar, and nothing failing quietly. The tier decides how far the system carries a lead after that.

What it never decides is what a booking costs you. That comes from your trade, and it is the same in every tier.

The floorNever removed

In every tier, including the smallest.

None of this comes out to make a cheaper plan. Safety is not something I sell back to you.

Trust and safety

  • Your own business number, on a private account
  • One “STOP” and that customer is never messaged again
  • An emergency stops the conversation and rings your phone instead
  • Pranks and abuse get closed out politely, and quietly
  • Your leads are yours. No other business can see them

Booking and calendar

  • Real times from your real calendar. Nothing double-booked
  • Customers move or cancel their own appointment, by text
  • A change you make in your calendar reaches the customer once
  • One calendar each, if more than one of you is on the road
  • Nothing goes out at three in the morning. It waits for the window

Nothing fails quietly

  • If something breaks, you get the text. Not your customer
  • Nobody is messaged twice, even when a carrier retries
  • The hard rules are code, not instructions the assistant can talk past
  • A conversation going nowhere is handed to you
  • Every word kept, exactly as it was sent

Choose the depthThe tiers

Each tier is the one before it, plus.

Nothing is taken away as you go up. Things are added.

Basic

The starting tier

It catches the call, works out whether it is a real job, and books it.

Every address is checked

  • Checked against a real map before a booking is allowed
  • An address that does not exist cannot book you a job
  • If the check itself is down, booking stays open and you are told to confirm by hand

Time-wasters stop early

  • The conversation is scored as it happens: nonsense, evasiveness, invented addresses
  • Abuse ends it on the spot. A borderline caller gets a turn or two to prove otherwise
  • It stops quietly. No argument for them, no alert for you
  • Flagged in your dashboard with the reason, so you can overrule it

It remembers who they are

  • A returning number is recognised, not interviewed again
  • Name, email and address offered back for a yes
  • A half-finished booking picks up where it stopped
  • An appointment they already have is raised: keep it, move it, cancel it

A check-in after the job

  • One private text, two hours later: did it happen, and how did it go
  • Their answer lands on their own thread in your dashboard
  • Private to you. Nothing is posted anywhere
  • Once per job. Never a nag, never overnight

Plus

Everything in Basic, and

It puts a number on the job, then keeps working the ones that go quiet.

It quotes

  • A real figure out of your own price book, not “someone will call you”
  • Always subject to confirming it on site. Every quote, every time
  • The price is worked out before the assistant is allowed to say it
  • Several jobs in one conversation are added up by the system, not guessed at

It chases a quiet quote

  • Three touches over fourteen days is the ceiling. It can be made gentler, never pushier
  • The first chase runs on your clock, from minutes later to a day later
  • Only inside the hours you allow, in your local time
  • One reply and it stops. Same for a booking, an opt-out, or an emergency
  • It never chases somebody already booked, closed, or opted out

Your floor, and it holds

  • Discounting is off until you turn it on, job by job
  • The assistant is never told your floor, so it cannot be argued down to it
  • Offers step down, never repeat, and stop where you said stop
  • A monthly limit on discounted jobs. Past it, it still follows up. It just cannot discount
  • Every message is re-read before it sends. A price you did not authorise is thrown away, not sent

The parts worth knowing

  • Going quiet twice earns nothing. The ladder follows the customer, so they resume where they left off
  • It only comes down against a price objection. “Not until payday” gets a warm nudge and no number
  • Quoted and never booked is reported as its own figure, which is the one Plus is bought against

Advanced

Coming next

The same work, by phone rather than by text.

Named here so you know what comes after Plus. It is not something you can buy today and it has no price.

The one that matters

Every setting can only make the system more careful, never pushier. Three follow-ups over fourteen days is the ceiling for everybody, and it cannot be raised for a client who asks for it.

Before you askThe limits

What it doesn’t do.

Better you hear it here than find it out in month two.

  • It does not take payment. No invoicing, no card processing
  • It is not a customer database, and it is not crew scheduling
  • You do not configure it. You ring me and I change it
  • The after-job check-in is private to you. It posts nothing publicly
  • A customer can only cancel from the number that booked
  • Every conversation it holds is in English

This page prints as a clean sheet, if you would rather have it in your hand on the call.

Pick the tier on the call.

15 minutes, in person or over video. I show you the thing working, you tell me which of these you actually need, and there is nothing to sign.
